DiClerico is personally opposed to the Fourth Amendment and its exclusionary rule. He has never suppressed evidence, and is another of those weak, Republican judges who just goes along with the government. In my case, corrupt state police wrote anonymous, crank letters to my ex-girlfriend to obtain a warrant to search my home and harass me. DiClerico ruled they had probable cause to suspect me and procure the warrant even though police committed the crime described in the warrant application. He is described by my law professor friend as 'the most mealy-mouthed judge' ever come across. In habeas corpus litigation, he flouts the rules of procedure to run inmates out of court without a hearing on fact-dependent claims.
