Criminal Litigation I have had a number of jury trials before Judge Wanger. I could not in my 40 years of practice,as a former law clerk to a Federal Judge, an Assistant United States Attorney and as criminal defense attorney say that I have appeared before a more fair, impartial and hard working Judge. I have had some very contentious cases including tax protesters who often feel that that the government and the court is stacked against them. All of my clients, obviously those found not guilty but even those found guilty and sentenced, uniformly felt that they had been treated fairly. I consider Judge Wanger a model Judge who insures everyone a fair trial in his courtroom and treats the attorneys and litigants with the utmost respect.
