Words don't describe him well enough. Intelligent? Probably. Smart? No. He screamed so much, I was this close to making sure the preceedings were audibly recorded and was going to demand a copy be sent to the administrative judge. If he were an adversary rather than a Magistrate, I would have dropped him like a bad habit. The man just doesn't get it.
