Takes sentencings extremely seriously and treats defendants with great respect and understanding. I have seen their allocation often influence the sentencing and this judge is frequently willing to vary from the recommendation given him by Probation. He may appear to sum as hard-nosed but is exceptionally compassionate and fair.
