Judge Werlein is incompetent, arrogant, lazy and credulous as it regards the government's position. He should never have been appointed to the bench. He's entirely out of his element, which is probably on the golf course He is is a lapdog for federal prosecutors and has sent innocent men to prison because he either fails to grasp the issues or relies too heavily on the allegations of corrupt federal prosecutors who fail to abide by their responsibility to provide Brady documents (providing exculpatory evidence) to defense counsel.
