Judge Feurestein completely ignored the core facts of my case. She drew a premature conclusion early on and then interpreted subsequent facts to align with and justify her premature conclusion. The history of her rulings indicates a clear bias towards corporations and against individual employees.She was very belligerent to my attorney , berating him openly in court. Her people skills are atrocious. She postponed our pretrial conference four times in a row thereby prohibiting me from meeting her in court face to face and then ended my case without trial. She refused pertinent evidence to be admissible to the court which would have spoken to the core issue as stated in my initial complaint. Her performance as a judge should be investigated, It is a matter of the peoples justice !
