THE ROBING ROOM

I've been before Judge Cox when he was at the state court, as well as in the federal court, and I was very impressed with his work ethic, as well as his appreciation and understanding of the practice of laws. While it is a shift to go from advocating before the bench to rendering decisions from the bench, he has struck me as a careful, thoughtful judge who makes an effort to understand the issues and to make decisions based on the facts and the law.
