THE ROBING ROOM

My experience with Judge Gandhi was very positive; he served as a settlement officer on a heavily-litigated and complicated case and got the parties to settle where first-rate private mediators had failed. He is very sharp and an extremely hard worker. I know what others are referring to when they complain about his temperament, but I found his needling and 'insolence' funny and frankly refreshing. Those who are thin-skinned or self-serious will not like Judge Gandhi, but I think he's a breath of fresh air.
