Judge Grady simply does not follow the law. Many issues he breezed over, kids are being kept in unstable house, with documented proof. He refuses to make sure these kids are safe. Shameful, disgrace to the robe. As well as simply not knowing the law. Judges need to be held accountable for knowing the current and old laws. Kids are at risk. Shame on judge Grady. And all the other judges in Kane County, Illinois. Being a family court judge should mean he understands families need to work together. Not be split apart because this judge fails to abide by the laws.
