I agree with the prior comments. He is VERY smart. He understands and reads everything. He will render a well thought out decision. His politics could shine through in his decisions on class actions. He will 'SMARTLY' deny certification on the one ground it is impossible to appeal, superiority. But I have only seen a couple of decisions on this. Lets see if he decides them all that way. On the merits he is VERY fair.
