Although you will spend extra time in court because it does take time for the Judge to rule from the bench you hear the resemblance of RATIONAL REASONING b4 a decision is made and know that the judge KNOWS WHAT THE FACTS and ISSUES OF THE CASE ARE or aren't. At least you know there's some degree of attentiveness which is rare in a day in age where your typical 'judge' doesn't even know the lawful rate of interest on his or her own credit card or care to know or know why its even why important to know. LOL.
