THE ROBING ROOM

We were sent to Hon. Patty Shwartz at the last minute when another Judge was compelled to recuse herself from the case. Judge Shwartz was more than willing to interrupt her schedule to be of assistance in our settlement conference. Her demeanor was pleasant, respectful and neutral. She made all of us feel comfortable, she asked relevant questions and she assisted us in reaching a satisfactory conclusion. She is a shining example of what all judges should aspire to.
