Irizarry on the same court as Judges Weinstein, Korman, Dearie and Amon? The political gods must have either been cruel, insane or both when they foisted this joke of a judge on the federal bench. This would have been a hoot had she not gotten lifetime tenure to make countless lawyers miserable each time they have the misfortune to be in her courtroom. No question but that she makes the best case for doing away with lifetime tenure for Article III judges.
