Judge Tyson has been somewhat slow in the past - probably due to the fact that Judges Parker and Polozola have significantly reduced their dockets and have thus pushed the remainder to Judges Tyson and Brady. Nevertheless, now that Judge Brian Jackson has been confirmed, Judge Tyson has been getting to motions more quickly.

I've been waiting over two years for this dimwit to rule on a simple motion and other attorneys are waiting even longer. This gentleman needs to retire because he is doing a disservice to the judicial system. Drawing him is like a death sentence whatever side your on.

He left the bench ten years ago but he hasn't told anyone he retired. The worst federal judge in Louisana.
