For some reason many corporate litigators active in this court think poorly of Judge Walls, but over the course of a multi-year case with extensive motion practice he has appeared to hit the mark on the law and the equity both, every single time. I won where I should have won and I lost where I should have lost.

A human, humane, thoughtful and intelligent jurist. He gets right to the point and does so fairly. Well prepared.
