The man is much more crooked than the day is long. Everyone who goes before his court pretty much knows it from their own experiences. Lies, carries extreme biases, ruins people's lives at any chance. A real creep.

Chief Judge Bartle is an ideal judge. Bright, patient, courteous, experienced, knows the law, and does not tolerate nonsense or the wasting of everyone's time at trial. Get to the point in your testimony, then move on. It's an honor to try a case in his court.
