This has to be the worse judge ever in any case that I have defended. I had to file a writ of mandamus to get him to get my case moving, and without the parties filing a motion to extend discovery, on his own initiative he decided to extend discovery deadlines, which was prejudicial to my case, which in my opinion shows bias. I will be filing a motion to recuse, ASAP.

He has become the self-proclaimed authority on all things related to Booker. His former profession as a criminal defense attorney is all too evident in his sentencings.

Thanks to former Wisconsin Governor Tommy Thompson, we have Judge Adelman. This forever will be Tommy's mistake. He hates to decide ANYTHING! Take the magistrate if you have a choice.
