No. 15-60205 GOOGLE, INCORPORATED, v. JAMES M. HOOD, III, Attorney General, MS looks like this Judge's bias has been called. He let his personal animus get in the way of the law. Seems like he was punishing MS AG for their effort because of a previous case. He should have never ruled for google in the WAY he did. From the 5th: The district court enjoined Hood not only from enforcing the administrative subpoena, but also from “bringing a civil or criminal charge against Google under Mississippi law for making accessible third-party content to Internet users. Sad day for an otherwise wise Judge.

Judge Wingate has not made a ruling on my discrimination. It has been over 1 year since the summary judgement arguments were offered. He didn't make a ruling from the bench and put the case in limbo. Why can't he make a dicission?

The worst federal judge in Mississippi. Legendary for taking forever to rule. Is pompous and arrogant in court. Picks a side in trial and poisons the well in front of the jury.
