i never got to meet her, the weekend before court appearance she ruled against me, having me to find out at court. She sides with big interest no matter what the argument is. The little guy had no chance with her, she apparently died in court from a pre-condition she had I wonder if that affected her ability to be a fair judge?

Made a recent ruling essentially substantiating retired gov employees are somehow more 'Equal' than the average citizen. SSpecifically, SB707. I somehow think this judge was appointed by a high ranking liberal. Clearly NOT ruling consistant with the constitution, 'Equal protection under the law' was apparently a chapter on the contitution she was too busy smoking pot to remember.

In criminal cases: mercurial. She is smart, prepared, and experienced. In terms of temperament, she sometimes is pleasant and even-handed. Other times, however, she flies into a rage, rather unexpectedly. When this happens, she is beyond reason. She takes (incorrect) positions and then digs in her heels. Instead of discussing the merits of the arguments, she personally attacks the attorneys (and unfairly so). I have actually come to the aid of my opponent in such circumstances. She is prone to harsh lecturing in which she invokes her status as an Article III judge and her apparent perfect record/judgment/performance/ethical approach as a prosecutor. She does this both to government and defense attorneys.

This is a very hard working and conscientious judge. I am very impressed, especially since the matter we had was a civil matter, and I understand that she started out as a federal prosecutor
