This judge will do anything he can to incorporate his religious beliefs against drinking into any drinking-and-driving cases, to the extent that he almost presumes the defendant guilty unless the defense counsel is lucky enough to thwart a railroad job by the court and the prosecutor, in my opinion. However, to his credit, as much as it obviously pained him to do so, he did find my client not guilty in the end.
