the worst mj of the central district. biased,prejudiced... . Will not read papers of opposing counsel. Makes quick decision at the beginning of the case as to should win and prejudges and predertermines outcome of cases based on that initial impression. Refuses to hold hearings including discovery conferences when requested by one side. ... Should be removed as mj. Hates in pro pers appearing before him and rules against them straight across the board.
