Judge Lindsay's appointment should go down in history as one of the worst things former President Clinton ever did! Judge Lindsay has no concept of Constitutional Law, and is one of the most incompetent and personally biased judges I have ever known. He freely and inappropriately legislates from the bench. He needs to be removed from the bench.

I wish Judge Lindsay would read the Constitution before he uses it in arguments. State and local laws trump Federal laws. Only what is in the U.S. Constitution cannot be overridden by the states. Article 14 clearly defines who is a citizen, and Article VI clearly limits the Federal supremacy to Federal laws as stated in the Constition. Judge Lindsay is either not very bright, or has a bias in this case.

The Judge's overturning of the Farmers Branch law is outrageous! It angered me considerably. This fool of a judge has no right to dictate policy to this town that's trying to save itself from an invasion which the Feds take no meaningful act to stop. This judge and people like him are driving ordinary Americans to hate the Federal government, especially the Federal court system.

I cannot accept your ruling on the Farmer's Branch issue as being anything more than bought and paid for by the illegal alien proponents. Otherwise why would you even begin to believe that local governments can't enforce Federal law. What about environmental laws? Drug laws? Local governments are constantly being asked to fund and enforce laws made by the federal government. Now that a city decides to that this judge thinks he can overrule it? Now that's illegal!

Had to be admonished by Presiding Judge that he could not mandate that female attorneys wear skirt suits only in his court. Sexist. Archaic and not bright.
