It takes real guts to stand up for what is right, and what is right often it seems has little to do with what is legal. This judge has no guts, apparently.

Judge Hyles' sentencing of Theresa Cusimano to six months in prison is a travesty of justice, and he should be ashamed of himself. How can those who supposedly defend justice ignore and offend the very concept of justice itself by continuing to allow murderers to go free and sending protesters to prison? It is disgusting!
