The one truly remarkable and professional judge in the District of Puerto Rico. Fair and even-handed and an intellectual with practical sense.

I think this judge is outstanding, humane and fair and his philosophy of law is written on his office's wall quoting Benito Juarez: respect for others rights is the true meaning of peace.
