I have been a law enforcement officer at the Federal level for more than twenty years and have appeared in front of numerous Magistrate Judges in several states. I have always found Judge Goebel to be fair and he has always treated both defendants and agents with repsect. He is very knowledgeable and knows the law and administers his decisions quickly and with confidence. He is a very qualified and capable judge that is well respected by the judicial family in Western Kentucky.
