Mean and unfair. He sometimes uses vulgar language on the bench; not the brightest judge; holds grudges and doesn't forget. Is arbitrary and capricious when it comes to awarding attorney's fees--likes to reduce fees requested for 'limited success.'

”Liquidator” Profile-liquidation lawsuits with the large corporations or political figures as Defendant Absolutely ignores PRO SE. The weak thinking, badly and long studies documents, often infringes upon rules of procedure.When already will be retired.
