Takes forever to make a decision. Hates civil rights plaintiff cases.

The laziest, least industrious judge I have ever seen. He is unprepared for conferences, will let a motion sit around without decision forever. A disgrace to the judiciary.

Judge Gardephe rendered a terrible decision where he disregarded/misinterpreted the law and seemed to back into a decision that he had decided was the 'fair result'.

He is a brand new judge, but he seems to be a good, forward-thinking, and open-minded judge. Very nice judicial presence and seems like a thoughtful jurist.
