This judge completely got this case wrong. From both a legal stand point and a moral stand point. He allowed no oral argument, he never met the parties and he ruled with an iron fist with out so much as one meeting of the parties. The ruling was so bad it leads me to wonder what outside factors allowed his ruling. It destroyed peoples lives and awarded money to a bankrupt company that had criminal convictions on the exact issues. I am still in awe and have lost all faith in the federal court system.

One of the finest judges on the bench. Only drawbacks are delays in rendering rulings and he allows too much time for oral arguments. Judge Timlin is smart, industrious and has a heart.

Even tempered, scholarly, takes his time to research and write his orders which sometimes brings pretrial discovery proceedings to a stall, but almost always gets it right. A true gentleman who sees the good in everyone. Never raises his voice, even when clearly provoked and exasperated. Consider yourself lucky if you are in his court.
