I must concur with those who have been so complimentary. I litigate throughout this region and Judge Dickson is exemplary as a calm, kind, and efficient judge. He proves that one can be effective while remaining a gentleman and, on lawyer aptly put it, a colleague in the process of dispute resolution.

Magistrate Dickson is proud of his 'almost 30 years' as a management litigator and it is obvious. Reading Case No. 2:11-cv-2307 (ES)(JAD) the reader would have an idea about this Judge who is extremely biased and prejudiced against pro-se litigants. He has no minimal standards of respect toward self-represented and especially elders ones in which the cited Case shows clearly elder abuse on the Plaintiffs. Totally unfitted as a person and as a Federal Judge

Judge Dickson is a gracious, practical, seasoned and effective magistrate, who worked effectively and persistently to help settle a difficult commercial dispute and whose rulings were straight down the middle. I always felt that he had heard and understood our position, as well as that of our opponents. He was uniformly courteous and considerate. I'd be pleased to appear before him again.
