Magistrate Judge Mathy is what every judge should be. Prepared, focused, fair, intelligent, and the hardest working person in the room. Any room.

Judge Mathy is possibly the smartest, most no-nonsense judge in Texas. Many judges can be flexible and accomodating or disciplined and efficient in court. Judge Mathy manages to be all of the above, all at once. Her scholarship is even more impressive. Win or lose, your decision will be exhaustively reasoned and bulletproof.
