The poster boy for mandatory retirement. Senility set in long ago, as did bias. TO be sure, this person will go down in history as a man who sat in Judgement, locking up minorities and jailing under a system of Discrimination..

As a former trial attorney, Judge Keenan appreciates trial advocacy, and affords all litigants an extremely fair trial. I have tried a number of criminal cases before him and always was treated fairly.
