This is someone who never should have been appointed to as a federal judge, and particularly doesn't belong on a trial court. She is imperious, unpredictable beyond reason, and regularly engages in off-the-record communications with counsel that should be on the record in an effort to control what will happen surreptitiously.

Among the worst judges in the country. I've appeared before many judges in many districts and she is certainly the least capable. She has little understanding of the law. Worse, she is consistently petty and hectoring to everyone. She bullies and demeans her staff, and she is insulting and discourteous the attorneys. Hope you never have to appear before her.
