This Judge attacks veterans with 2 tours of duty in Iraq, convicting them of disobeying a lawful order where the evidence is clearly to the contrary. The House should impeach him and the Senate convict him, and his criminal trials should be investigated by the appellate division and overturned for shocking the judicial conscience.

He is a great trial judge. He allows you to try your case and knows the law. He is also willing to devote significant time to settlement conferences where there is a reasonable chance of settlement. He should be a District Judge.
