This is the Wise Man of the District. His many years of experience are not wasted. His dogmatic adherence to the case management scheme that he created makes litigation run smoothly and keeps litigants on their toes. If you know how his system, you will have a decisive advantage against those who don't. Is not afraid to rule as he understands is required, regardless of the possibility of an appeal.

This very senior judge successfully resolves a substantial number of civil cases. He is quite savvy in the ways of settlement and is a good judge to have up to the moment of trial.

This Judge is very tough on the litigants re: scheduling and moving the case forward at a faster than otherwise normal speed.
