Sat on a motion for nearly a year and then, when he finally scheduled oral argument, was completely and quite obviously unprepared. Completely ineffective in terms of resolving the matter (a civil RICO case) that fairly cried out for expedited resolution, either amicably or otherwise. Displayed a complete lack of interest in getting it done. Not sure I would even consider using him now that he has moved on to the private ADR business.
